The Three R System

Remove. Organic dandelion, chicory, and fermented spagyric botanicals like turmeric and milk thistle work with your body's own daily clearing pathways.

Replenish. Organic barley, marine phytoplankton, reishi, and lion's mane deliver minerals and phytonutrients in their whole-food form, the way the body knows how to use them.

Regenerate. Yerba mate, jiaogulan, spirulina, and adaptogenic botanicals including ashwagandha and ginseng for sustained, even energy through the whole morning.

How to drink it

One scoop into eight ounces of hot water or warmed milk of choice. Stir. Sip slowly. For iced, dissolve one scoop in four ounces of hot water, then top with cold milk and ice.

Earthy, rich, slightly malty. Most people drink it with a splash of oat or whole milk.
